Reviews This should be making a comeback!: In light of airport security reducing the amount of liquids and gels allowed, this gem of an invention should make a return to the shelves. It doesn't fall into either category and women who really need to take make up on the plane would do well to consider the cake mascara. I used to use this in the 70s but had a hard search this year trying to find any company that makes mascara in this form. Thank goodness for La Femme! I bought the brown and black and know it will last me a nice long time. I use a an eyelash curler and the combination of that with the cake brush, it makes for lovely long, unclogged lashes. La Femme caka mascara (black): Very happy to have found a cake mascara after all this time - it works just fine, and does not become contaminated as all my tube mascaras have done, on a regular basis- leading to sore eyes.
